Global Warming (paragraph)

Our environment comprises the elements that surround us. Air, water, the sun, the moon, weather, climate and everything fall under the category of the environment. The environment makes us survive. But in recent years, there have been many alarming reports to the effect that the world's climate is undergoing a significant change. All these reports provide a strong evidence that the world temperature is increasing day by day. This is called global warming. It is caused by a decrease in oxygen and an increase in carbon dioxide and other gases in the air that trap the warmth of the sun. This warming of the atmosphere changes climate, and causes cyclone, floods and other natural calamities which cause crop failure and loss of lives. It is a serious threat to mankind. Most climatologists believe that the greenhouse effect is the probable cause of glob warming. This reduces mankind's ankind's ability to grow destroys coastal areas and farmland. The global warming issue is varming issue is not not now confined to a particular country or area, the whole of the world is affected by it i or less. A rise in the sea level, for example, will submerge many low-lying countries of the globe. This danger is global because it will affect not only a particular country but the whole of the earth. So, it is evident that the global warming is really global in nature.
